Zach started training professionally at Equinox in 2008.  He stayed for 8 months and was promoted to a Tier 2 trainer before leaving to train on his own. He became a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Asst. Muay Thai Coach at Kings Thai Boxing in Manhattan in 2013. Zach left Kings in 2015 and has been working at PCC since it's inception.

Zach has long been fascinated by martial arts. Experimenting with different forms while growing up. He began practicing boxing at 16 and briefly trained in BJJ at 18. Zach intermittently trained Muay Thai until landing at Chok Sabai and began training almost every day. While at Chok Sabai he began working and training with Gavin Van Vlack. He ended up doing a smoker and competing during his time at Chok Sabai, and he more recently competed once while coaching at PCC. 

Zach has developed programs for a variety of people, ranging from Competitive Athletes to first time exercisers.
