Jeni began her love of fitness through the sport of Muay Thai Kickboxing. That spark grew into a passion towards strength and conditioning, and more recently into the art of Yoga.

Jeni’s highly versatile style is fresh, progressive, exciting and challenging. Her passion towards excellence reminds us that we need to be mindful of our choices and accountable for our actions. While creating a proper base to function from, Jeni utilizes innovative techniques to integrate the body as a whole unit. Her safe and effective methods provide excellent results.  She is extremely attentive and mindful with a keen eye for alignment, insisting on impeccable technique. Jeni’s approach is always supportive and encouraging, urging her students to meet their goals. Her clientele ranges from pre and post-rehab to competitive athletes.
