A few of our Jiu Jitsu classes are currently being held inconsistently. Please email us if you haven't taken a class before. We will have an updated schedule soon!

Please make sure you come in at least 10-15 minutes early, classes start promptly at the scheduled time.

Muay Thai : Open level striking class including drilling and/or padwork

Advanced Drilling : Advanced level Muay Thai drilling class (Must be cleared by a coach to attend)

 Clinch : Open level standing Muay Thai grappling, includes striking, trips, dumps and positioning. Finger and toenails must be trimmed short, and please make sure you have a clean shirt.

Odd Object Playground (OOP) : Strength and Conditioning (fitness) class that uses a variety of implements including kettlebells, sandbags and bodyweight exercises

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu : Open Level BJJ grappling class. (Friday 7pm class is no-gi, rest of classes are in the gi)
